Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Casey’s General Stores is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Client Support Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze data and provide insights to improve client satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality traits. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Previous experience in client support or customer service. 6. Strong critical thinking and people management skills.
