Job Description - Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


General Mills is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support Associate on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Montreal, Quebec, CA, ideal for individuals who are adaptable and driven to succeed.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts and contracts - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate win-win solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
