Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Client Support Manager to join our team at Hershey in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and partners remotely.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and partners, providing top-notch customer support and building strong relationships - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve client support processes and efficiency - Analyze client feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members - Travel occasionally to meet with clients and partners in person - Report regularly to management on client support metrics and KPIs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and manage people effectively - Proven experience in client support or account management - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Flexibility to work part-time hours remotely
