Remote Client Support Manager

Valero Energy is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client support role.

As the Remote Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various remote channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will manage a team of remote client support representatives, ensuring that they are meeting performance targets and delivering high-quality service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.

To excel in this role, you must be motivated and resilient, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strategic planning and persuasion skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with internal teams to improve client support processes and drive business growth.
