Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for an experienced individual with at least 8 years of relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate will be resilient and motivated, with excellent teamwork and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client support efforts and ensure a seamless experience for clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and retain client base - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide top-notch client support - Support employees in their personal and professional development


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strategic planning skills
