Job Description - Client Support Manager


Job Description:


As a Client Support Manager at Dentons Canada in Montreal, Quebec, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with tailored solutions and support. 4. Monitor client usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement and proactively address any issues. 5. Prepare reports and presentations for clients to showcase the value of our services. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to effectively support clients.


Requirements: 1. Personality traits: You must be driven and reliable in order to meet and exceed client expectations. 2. Soft skills: Strong time management and persuasion skills are essential in this role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of managing client relationships and addressing their needs effectively. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Fluency in both English and French is preferred.
