Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Schneider Electric Canada is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client support and management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional support and building strong relationships - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Analyze client data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and gather feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support and management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8+ years of experience in client support or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve independently - Confidence in managing client relationships and addressing challenging situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Independent and self-motivated with a proactive mindset
