Job Description:
Gap is looking for an experienced and dedicated Client Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary point of contact for all support-related inquiries and issues - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution - Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our products and services - Proactively reach out to clients to offer assistance and gather feedback on their experiences - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client support experience - Provide guidance and support to junior members of the client support team
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy - Resourcefulness to find creative solutions to complex problems - Experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease - High level of emotional intelligence and ability to understand and empathize with clients' needs
