Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Lansing Trade Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time employee with mid-to-senior level experience, this individual will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized support. 2. Work closely with the sales team to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for additional support or services. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies to improve overall customer experience. 7. Utilize innovative approaches and strategic planning to address client concerns and drive business growth. 8. Provide training and guidance to clients on our products and services to enhance their understanding and usage.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Energetic and resourceful personality traits with a strong commitment to customer service. 4. Demonstrated skills in innovation and strategic planning to address client needs. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Knowledge of the financial industry and commodity trading preferred.
