Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, we are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in client support or related fields.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee remote client support operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations of support staff and implement training programs as needed. 5. Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure the success of the client support team. 7. Utilize technology tools and platforms to streamline support processes and increase efficiency. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support and customer service.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in client support or related roles. 2. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and resolving client issues. 3. Resourceful problem solver with strong negotiation and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment. 6. Proficiency in using technology tools and platforms for client support. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
