Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


L'Oréal Canada is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As the Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This role will require a high level of confidence, passion for customer service, adaptability, and project management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand. 3. Monitor and track client issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams for resolution. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience. 5. Provide regular reports and updates on client feedback and trends to inform business decisions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Confident and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 6. Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a changing environment.
