Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services, is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client support, you will play a key role in managing and growing our client base.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 4. Provide training and support to clients on how to use our products effectively, maximizing their value. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to our products and services. 6. Lead a team of client support representatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their success.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in client support, account management, or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. 4. Independent and reliable, able to work autonomously and manage a team effectively. 5. Persuasion and people management skills to influence clients and motivate team members. 6. Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
