Realogy Holdings is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This role is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.
As a Remote Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote client support specialists who provide assistance to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include managing the team's performance, setting and achieving goals, and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support at all times.
To excel in this role, you must be energetic, passionate about customer service, and possess strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills. You should be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver excellent service and meet their targets.
In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will also possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail.
