Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Spectra Energy is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in client support and management.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions. 4. Develop and implement strategies to improve client support processes and efficiency. 5. Monitor client feedback and create reports to track performance metrics. 6. Train and onboard new team members to ensure consistent quality of service. 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.


Requirements: 1. Confident and dedicated personality traits. 2. Strong project management and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
