Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Xerox is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all their needs - Understand the clients' business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and resolve them promptly - Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to our products and services - Create reports on client performance and present them to senior management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and solve problems creatively - Proficiency in critical thinking and decision-making - Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations
