Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


CDW is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of client support specialists to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies for improving the overall client experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of client support specialists to deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and proactively address any concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the client support process and drive customer satisfaction. 6. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of client support initiatives. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously improve processes. 8. Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or account management. 3. Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction. 4. Strong leadership and communication skills. 5. Confident and passionate personality traits. 6. Strategic planning and analysis skills. 7. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. 8. Vision insurance provided as part of benefits package.
