Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


General Mills is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Client Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for any support issues or inquiries. 2. Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and efficient support solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall customer experience. 4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and promote upselling opportunities. 5. Monitor client satisfaction metrics and provide regular reports to upper management. 6. Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage and best practices. 7. Assist with the creation of marketing materials and sales presentations. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform client strategy.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent time management and project management abilities. 4. Prior experience in a client support or account management role. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Experience in the food industry is a plus.
