Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Client Support Manager to join our team at Export Development Canada in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for managing client support remotely and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts remotely, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify potential areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed - Provide training and support to clients on the use of our products and services - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in developing strategies to improve overall client experience and retention


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
