Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Lennar is currently seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, and possess strong presentation and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding our products or services - Conduct research to better understand client needs and provide tailored solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention processes - Contribute to the development and execution of client support strategies - Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and exceed expectations


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent presentation and research abilities - Adaptability and a motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bilingual in English and French is preferred
