Job Description:
Owens-Illinois is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Client Support Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Client Support Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This position is part-time with an Associate Level seniority and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure seamless communication. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement in our services. 5. Assist in the development of client support strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall client experience. 6. Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and excellent people management skills. 3. Proven experience in client support or a similar customer-facing role. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Driven and energetic personality traits.
