Job Description - Client Support Officer


Job Description:


Amphenol is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role will require strong time management skills and leadership abilities to effectively handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person - Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including training and support - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Effective leadership skills to guide and motivate team members - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
