Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Amazon is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Support Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This role is part-time at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Conduct research to understand client preferences and expectations - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client support role - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong adaptability and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
