Job Description - Client Support Officer

NextEra Energy, a leading clean energy company, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Support Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and building strong relationships with our customers.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for client issues - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients - Conducting client satisfaction surveys and implementing improvements based on feedback - Assisting with client onboarding and training as needed


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience in people management is a plus
