Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


World Fuel Services is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate-level professional with at least 2 years of experience in client support or a related field, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the Client Support team.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to provide assistance and address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services. 3. Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a seamless client onboarding process. 4. Assist in resolving client issues and escalations in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on company policies and procedures. 7. Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by the Client Support Manager.


Requirements: - Associate degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits. - Soft skills in adaptability and negotiation. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
