Job Description:
Simon Fraser University is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, providing you with the opportunity to work in a comfortable environment while still contributing to the success of our university.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction - Provide feedback to improve overall client experience - Assist in developing client support strategies and initiatives
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Confident in handling difficult situations with tact and professionalism - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and strategically - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
