Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Officer to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Client Support Officer, you will be working remotely from home on a part-time basis in an Associate Level position. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent critical thinking and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, problem-solving, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance the client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide proactive support to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with clients - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus - Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently - Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
