Job Description:
XPO Logistics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while handling various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with booking and tracking shipments - Resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
