Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Tenet Healthcare is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products and services. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client concerns. 3. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and suggest creative solutions. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system. 5. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and updating client information.


Requirements: 1. Passion for helping others and a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
