Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Penske Automotive Group is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a strong drive to provide exceptional support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address any inquiries or concerns - Assist clients with product information, ordering processes, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously evaluate and improve the client support process to enhance customer satisfaction - Drive profit through effective client management and upselling opportunities


Requirements: - Strong critical thinking skills to problem-solve client issues efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful mindset to find creative solutions to client challenges - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software


Personality Traits: - Driven to succeed and exceed client expectations - Resourceful in finding solutions to complex client issues


Soft Skills: - Critical thinking to analyze and resolve client problems effectively - Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients
