Job Description - Client Support Representative

Insight Enterprises is seeking a talented and dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in person - Provide product information and assistance to clients - Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services


Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities - People management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
