Job Description - Client Support Representative


Job Description:


FMC Technologies is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, resourceful, adaptable, and have a keen attention to detail.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
