Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Telephone & Data Systems is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from clients - Providing product information and troubleshooting technical issues - Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner - Processing orders and returns - Communicating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
