Job Description:
As a Client Support Representative at DTE Energy in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. We are looking for resilient and motivated individuals who possess strong critical thinking skills and leadership qualities.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve client issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy. 3. Educate clients on products, services, and company policies. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall client satisfaction. 6. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives by volunteering in community events.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a challenging environment. 7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
