Job Description:
As a Client Support Representative at Domtar, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance, and your goal will be to ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints. 3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Documenting all interactions with clients in our CRM system. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address client needs and improve overall customer experience. 6. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. 7. Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards clients at all times. 8. Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Passion for helping others and a strong motivation to exceed customer expectations. 3. Ability to think strategically and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
