Job Description - Client Support Representative


Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and confident Client Support Representative to join our team at Harman International Industries in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The primary responsibilities of the Client Support Representative include providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring positive customer experiences.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients through phone, email, and chat - Understand and address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to products or services - Provide product information and support sales efforts when necessary - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of client issues - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support or client service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of teamwork - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred - Knowledge of electronic products or technology industry is a plus
