Job Description:
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in client support.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Address client concerns and issues, providing assistance and solutions to ensure a positive client experience. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to support client accounts and ensure their needs are met. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the client support experience. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients. 7. Assist in managing and updating client databases and documentation.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and resilient individual who can handle challenging client situations with professionalism and empathy. 2. Strong critical thinking skills to analyze and solve client problems effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals. 5. Flexibility and adaptability to handle a dynamic workload and changing priorities. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional education or training in customer service or a related field considered a bonus.
