Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to support client accounts and ensure their needs are met. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the client support experience. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients. 7. Assist in managing and updating client databases and documentation.

Strong critical thinking skills to analyze and solve client problems effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members. 4. High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional education or training in customer service or a related field considered a bonus.
