Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Anixter International is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario in a part-time capacity. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, returns, and general account maintenance. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to clients. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Handle any escalated client concerns with empathy and professionalism. 8. Achieve and exceed set performance targets for customer satisfaction and sales.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Resilient and reliable in high-pressure situations. 5. Innovative thinking and strong negotiation skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
