Job Description - Client Support Representative

AGCO, a leading agriculture company, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution - Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalations - Utilize company software systems to track client interactions and document resolutions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist clients


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively - Excellent people management skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients - Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of inquiries - Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus
