Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Dollar Tree is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product selection, order placement, and tracking - Troubleshoot and resolve client complaints and concerns with a sense of urgency - Provide product information and recommendations to clients - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the database - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall customer experience - Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist clients - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or client support role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong research skills to find solutions to client issues - Energetic and independent personality traits - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
