Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Corning is seeking a dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Provide support to the sales team by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 5. Assist in the implementation and testing of new client support systems and processes. 6. Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention rates.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent people management skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.
