Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team at Alcoa in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide support and resolve any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. 2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. 3. Document all client interactions and solutions in our CRM system for future reference. 4. Work collaboratively with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to effectively address client needs. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
