Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Precision Castparts is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and orders - Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and friendly manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong people management skills - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
