Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job description:

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a reliable and hardworking Client Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Conduct research to provide clients with accurate information and solutions - Collaborate with various departments to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Meet and exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong research and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Prior experience in customer service or client support role - Bilingual in English and French is a plus
