Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Univar is currently seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retainment. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot client concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex client issues to ensure resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs. 7. Support the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and resourceful personality traits to handle client inquiries effectively. 2. Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and find solutions. 3. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required. 6. High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
