Client Support Specialist

Genesis Healthcare in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a part-time Client Support Specialist. As an entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and effective problem-solving - Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Prior experience in customer service or client support is preferred - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
