Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team at LKQ in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate about providing excellent customer service, and possess strong time management skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer support - Strong time management skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
