Job Description - Remote Client Support Specialist


Job Description:


ConAgra Foods is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is a part-time role at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients regarding ConAgra Foods products and services. 2. Address client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Assist in developing strategies to enhance the client experience. 5. Conduct presentations to clients on product updates, new features, and best practices. 6. Plan and organize client meetings and events. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. 8. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to provide competitive insights to the team.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 2. Excellent presentation and planning skills. 3. Proven experience in a client support role for a minimum of 3 years. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
