Job Description - Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Synnex is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are driven, resilient, innovative, and excel at planning. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients remotely through phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Document all interactions with clients accurately in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.


Requirements: 1. 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
