Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

United States Steel is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and support - Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues when necessary - Provide product and service information to clients and assist with account management - Conduct client training sessions to educate clients on our products and services - Assist with client onboarding and implementation processes - Track and report on client interactions and resolutions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or client support - Motivated and energetic with a positive attitude - Strong persuasion and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
