Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Navistar International in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve client issues - Provide product support and technical assistance to clients as needed - Assist with strategic planning and project management to improve client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client support services - Contribute to the development and implementation of new client support initiatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful mindset - Ability to think strategically and manage projects effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
